Option of 3 levels of vacant home insurance available for most empty property owners, subject to underwriting criteria:
Level 1 vacant home insurance cover
Provides cover againts the following perils only: Fire, Lightning, Earthquake, Explosion and Aircraft only, commonly referred to as FLEEA Cover.
Level 2 unoccupied home insurance cover
Full standard cover excluding theft, malicious damage and escape of water. Also provides cover for subsidence, Ground Heave or Landslip (unless excluded at quotation).
Level 3 empty property insurance cover
Full standard cover including theft, malicious damage and escape of water. Also provides cover for subsidence, Ground Heave or Landslip (unless excluded at quotation).
